Role Descriptio

n The Corporate Sales Executive for Safety Shoes is responsible for identifying, approaching, and managing corporate clients across industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, pharmaceuticals, mining, and engineering. The role involves promoting certified safety footwear, generating leads, building strong B2B relationships, and achieving sales targets through solution-based selling

Key Responsibilitie

s1. Business Developmen

t* Identify potential corporate clients requiring safety shoes and PPE

.* Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

.* Develop and expand the B2B client base across multiple sectors

.* Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and industry events

.2. Sales & Client Managemen

t* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting features, safety standards, and certifications (IS, CE, ASTM, EN ISO etc.)

.* Provide customized solutions based on client safety requirements, site hazards

.* Prepare and deliver quotations, and close sales deals

.* Maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, safety officers, and HR departments

.3. Account Servicin

g* Follow up on orders, coordinate with production/logistics teams, and ensure on-time delivery

.* Handle after-sales service, feedback collection, and issue resolution

.* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and order status

.4. Reporting & Target

s* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

.* Prepare daily/weekly reports, sales forecasts, and market insights for management

.* Track competitor pricing, new product launches, and industry changes

Qualification

s

  • Experience in Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Managemen
  • tProficiency in Sales and Business Development strategie
  • sStrong Negotiation skills for contract discussions and client engagement
  • sExcellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • sDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales target
  • sProactive and results-driven mindse
  • tFamiliarity with the safety products industry or related fields is a plu
  • sBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferre
