
Customer Service Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Chat Support team for US clients. This role requires individuals with excellent English communication skillsboth written and verbal who can confidently interact with international customers and deliver outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with US-based customers through live chat and email with a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring responses are grammatically correct, concise, and empathetic.
- Resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Consistently uphold the highest standards of communication and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal) with impeccable grammar and vocabulary.
- Excellent typing speed and ability to frame responses with clarity and empathy.
- Prior experience in international chat/email/voice support preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate with exceptional communication skills.
