Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing initiatives for B2B partnerships across OEMs, private label clients, industrial buyers and international clients. A strong background in the lubricants industry, particularly in automotive oils, greases, coolants, and industrial lubricants, with hands-on experience in managing large accounts and building new markets is highly preferred.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates who have detailed experience in doing B2B business development with Tier 1 OEMs for a lubricant/automotive company.
Education: BBA / or equivalent
Experience of working in lubricant industry for minimum 3 years
Proficiency in:
- ERP systems, MS Excel
- Managing B2B client base
- Established network with OEMs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
