Roles & responsibilities
•Responsible for overall resource management for the respective Business team
•Ability to own multiple reports required by the Business teams and ensuring the TAT and accuracy involved.
•Create, analyse, and report on weekly utilization/ plan vs actuals/ scheduling projections etc to internal stakeholders. Act as point of contact for resource utilization in support of business goals.
•Driving the demand and supply forecast fulfilment strategically
•Act as a point of contact for respective escalations and deliverables. Provide resolution for any potential concerns /queries raised by Business teams specific to resourcing and reports.
•Stakeholder Management - The candidate must possess proficient oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to senior leadership. Alert the Senior Management of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing.
•Team Management - Acting as a mentor and a guide for the team of Resource management professionals. Providing them timely career counselling, monthly feedbacks, growth opportunities, and necessary knowledge transfers.
•Continually promote and improve a positive working relationship with other central teams such as TA, L&D etc.
•End to end management of resource scheduling, availability, unstaffed and schedule adherence - Engagement/people based
•Proactively Manage "Schedule Vs Actuals" and accordingly project Hiring/loaning needs.
•Understand and articulate the reporting structure with the business needs and automate the same for better efficiency
•Play an active role in the deployment of national strategic programs/ initiatives to KRC Audit
Educational qualifications
•MBA or Equivalent
•Additional certifications (if any)
Work experience
•10-12 years of resource management experience in big 4 or shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leaders.
•Experience of working in a cross-cultural environment
