We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Manager for our Back Office operations at a reputable Gold Loan Company based in Bangalore. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of our back-office processes. You will play a key role in managing operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the back-office operations of our Gold Loan Company.
  • Oversee a team of back-office staff, ensuring effective task allocation and performance.
  • Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to guide business decisions.
  • Handle complex issues and escalations as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of back-office processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven track record in process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
