Pre Sales Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a confident and experienced Pre-Sales Executive with a proven track record in the real estate industry. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, and coordination with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and bookings. This role involves telephonic outreach, explaining products or services, capturing customer interest, and scheduling appointments for the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or cold leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently to generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route them to the appropriate sales team.
- Schedule follow-up calls, product demos, or meetings for field executives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM system.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and share relevant information.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve offerings or approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in telecalling or pre-sales specifically in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication and convincing skills in English and [add regional language if needed].
- Sound understanding of real estate projects, site plans, and sales flow.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- High level of enthusiasm, customer focus, and goal orientation.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and buyer behavior.
- Prior experience with residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
