Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients via telephone, scheduling appointments, understanding client needs, generating leads, and promoting products or services. Key responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, maintaining detailed records of customer responses, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with customers and building relationships
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service to maintain a seamless client experience
  • Strong Sales abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer engagement, or sales is beneficial
  • Proficiency in English and other regional languages is a plus
