Position Summary: We are seeking highly skilled L1/L2 Support Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Hyperledger Fabric, Kubernetes and environments, aiming to provide high-quality support and solutions for our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident Management: Respond to and resolve technical issues related to Kubernetes and , ensuring minimal downtime and excellent customer satisfaction.

Problem Analysis: Diagnose complex system problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement long-term solutions.

Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and FAQs for Kubernetes and applications.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in Kubernetes, , and related technologies to continuously improve service quality.

Customer Interaction: Provide clear, concise, and proactive communication with customers during the problem resolution process.

Required Skills:

Proficient in Kubernetes cluster management, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of applications, including performance tuning and error logging.

Experience in incident and problem management in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) and/or

Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably L1/L2.
