Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a L1 Support Engineer - Linux. The L1 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Linux operating systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient problem resolution. The duties include responding to customer support tickets, diagnosing system errors, resolving network and server issues, and providing timely updates to customers and internal teams. The role also involves collaborating with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Operating Systems knowledge, particularly Linux
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA, CompTIA Linux+) are a plus
