The team
The team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within Deloitte, spanning several business lines and various technology functions. We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. We innovate conventional approaches, leveraging Deloitte technology, differentiated domain expertise, intellectual property, talent, and capacity to embed continuous advantage and deliver enhanced business value.
In this team, our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.

Role and responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across various business units. This role requires strong project management skills, deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to leadership.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
- Facilitate user training and post-implementation support.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.
- 10-12 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years managing Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant) preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data migration, integration, and change management.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
