About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Technical Delivery Manager

to oversee the smooth execution and delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and an understanding of project delivery processes, ensuring that all deliverables are on track, within scope, and meet quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end delivery process for multiple technical projects.
  • Coordinate between development, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures when required.
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet client and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project status, milestones, and updates.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to report progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support project managers and tech leads in sprint planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
  • Review and verify the delivery output to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Drive process improvements for better delivery efficiency and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical project delivery, software development coordination, or product operations.
  • Strong understanding of technical workflows, SDLC, and agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze project metrics, delivery timelines, and quality outcomes.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and accountability-driven approach.
