About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven
Technical Program Manager (Delivery)
to partner closely with our Group CPTO. This role is uniquely designed to combine
strategic program delivery
with
executive leadership support
, offering a clear growth pathway to become
Chief of Staff to the CTO
.

As the TPM (Delivery), you will ensure seamless execution of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, while also serving as a trusted advisor and strategic operator to the CPTO. You will have visibility into the entire product & technology organization, acting as the connective tissue across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs with clear ownership of timelines, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive program governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms for mission-critical initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to align roadmaps, remove blockers, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure program health, velocity, and success.

Strategic Leadership Support (Chief of Staff Pathway)

• Work directly with the CPTO to set priorities, track execution against strategic goals, and drive operational excellence across the technology function.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CPTO, preparing business cases, presentations, and decision frameworks for executive leadership.
• Act as a communication bridge between the CPTO and various internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify organizational gaps, propose structural/process improvements, and implement change initiatives.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations.
• Represent the CPTO in key meetings where needed, ensuring alignment of priorities and clear action follow-ups.
• Influence without authority across teams to drive accountability and delivery discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in
  Program/Project Management, Technical Delivery, or PMO leadership
  in a technology-driven organization.
• Strong background in
  software engineering or product development environments
  .
• Proven ability to manage
  large-scale, cross-functional programs
  with executive-level visibility.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance
  big-picture thinking
  and
  execution detail
  .

Future Roadmap – Growth to Chief of Staff (CTO)

This role is structured as a stepping stone to becoming
Chief of Staff to the CTO
. Successful candidates will:
