Requirements:

We are looking for passionate candidates with a keen interest in Movies, TV shows, and Music, who can excel in content acquisition, media programming, planning, and content selection for our airline clients.


• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Media and Communications).


• –6 years of relevant experience for the Manager role.


• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe products.


• A strong desire to build a long-term career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Acquire new content for airline clients, constantly exploring fresh opportunities.


• Interact with international and Indian studios and distributors, Music Labels to source

Movies, TV, Audio, Podcasts, Audio Books etc.


• Plan and program international, Indian content, Music for airline entertainment systems.


• Conduct market research and develop media plans tailored to client requirements.


• Create content recommendation lists aligned with airline client needs.


• Manage metadata and supporting materials (e.g., images, synopses) and coordinate media

deliveries with the technical team.


• Stay updated on upcoming movies, TV shows, audio and media trends in the industry.


• Develop content and digital strategies for airline tenders, RFPs, and proposals.


• Collaborate with editorial and design teams to create articles, press releases, and company

posts as needed.


• Work effectively across various departments and global office locations to resolve issues

drive results.
