The Program Manager acts as the central orchestrator of all Inc42 event IPs and experiences.

This role owns the T-90 to T-0 project timelines — weaving together all moving parts across editorial, marketing, design, partnerships, and operations. You're not running just one event; you're running the entire system that ensures every Inc42 event, from flagship summits and retreats to partner-led IPs, stays on track, on brand, and on schedule.

This is a high-ownership, high-coordination role for someone who thrives in structured chaos, loves working cross-functionally, and has a deep sense of accountability for deliverables, documentation, and deadlines.

Your Impact in This Role:

Be the Conductor: You'll synchronise all functions — content, design, marketing, and operations ensuring every event runs like clockwork.

Drive Timelines: You'll own the T-90/T-60/T-45 playbook, ensuring milestones are achieved across multiple events simultaneously.

Ensure Zero Slippage: You'll anticipate risks, flag dependencies, and maintain complete visibility for founders and teams.

Build Systems for Scale: You'll design processes, dashboards, and documentation frameworks to make every future event faster and smoother.

Enhance Alignment: You'll bring structure and accountability to cross-functional collaboration — ensuring the right things happen, in the right order, at the right time.

Deliver Consistency: You'll be the custodian of process excellence and ensure every Inc42 event reflects the same standard of precision and polish.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Master Planning & Timeline Ownership

Create and maintain the master project timelines (T-90/T-60/T-45), ensuring cross-functional milestones are met.

Track progress across content, design, marketing, Delegate/ Speaker reachouts, and operations for every event.

Conduct weekly review calls to track progress, flag bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with founders.

  1. Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as the single point of contact for all teams involved in an event — editorial, brand, design, marketing, and ops.

Ensure dependencies and deliverables between departments are tracked and met.

Support the Founders Office in building frameworks and playbooks to scale event IPs efficiently.

  1. Documentation & Program Design

Manage event strategy documents, agendas, session flows, and partner integrations alongside content and partnerships teams.

Ensure all versions (open/closed files, design creatives, session outlines, etc.) are tracked and stored systematically.

Document learnings and playbooks post each event to improve efficiency and scale.

  1. Digital & Creative Operations Oversight

Manage digital deliverables — including creative, PDFs, websites, emailers, documents, and partner collaterals are timely and stored.

Ensure brand language, visual consistency, and design timelines are followed across channels.

Obsessed with systems, processes, and progress visibility — ensuring no task or deliverable slips through the cracks.

  1. Strategic Reporting & Stakeholder Management

Prepare pre-event and post-event reports for founders and department heads.

Ensure complete visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies through Asana

Drive accountability across stakeholders with timelines, Asana management, and ensure zero slippage on timelines or deliverables.

Professional Traits

4–6 years of experience in program management, operations, or cross-functional project coordination — preferably within media, events, or experience-led organizations.

Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale programs with tight deadlines and high visibility.

Strong proficiency in project management tools like Asana with a focus on progress tracking and accountability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to lead discussions and align diverse teams.

Deep understanding of digital operations, documentation systems, and creative workflow management.

Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into actionable task plans and structured timelines.

Highly analytical and organized, with a bias for process creation, optimization, and execution discipline.

Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership in fast-paced, evolving environments.
