Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Corporate Event Planner at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment). The Corporate Event Planner will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing high-quality events. Daily tasks include managing budgets, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to determine event requirements, overseeing logistics, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role also involves vendor coordination, venue selection, and addressing any on-site challenges in real-time to ensure event success.

Qualifications- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing corporate events (International/ Domestic)

  • Strong skills in Communication to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven expertise in Event Planning and Event Management to organize and execute successful events.
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management to ensure event costs are monitored and controlled effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
