Location: Rohini West, Delhi
Role: Senior Business Development Associate/Sr Admission Counsellor
Key responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present our products, address their doubts and questions, and drive conversions
- Understand users' pain points and help them understand why they should choose Aimlay
- Excellent communication skills, excellent sales & negotiation skills, excellent customer service skills,
- minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Only (inbound/outbound)
- Experience in converting leads into Sales and collecting the payment
- Experience in b2b or b2c
Who are we looking for?
Someone who:-
- has previous experience in sales
- has excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- is a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individual.
- has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Location – Rohini West, Delhi (Nearest metro is Rohini West, walkable distance)
Compensation - INR 4-4.5 LPA fixed + Incentives
