About DBNPE:DBNPE is a leading fintech and digital payment solutions company working with the vision of "Empowering Digital Bharat." We aim to simplify financial transactions and expand digital access across urban and rural India.
Role Overview:The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting DBNPE's financial and digital services, and achieving sales targets through field visits, merchant onboarding, and relationship management.
- Key Responsibilities:Actively promote DBNPE's products and services (AEPS, DMT, Micro ATM, Recharge, Bill Payment, etc.) in assigned areas.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new retailers, distributors, and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Conduct field visits and promotional campaigns in Jhansi and nearby regions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure service satisfaction.
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to the zonal manager.
- Coordinate with backend and support teams for issue resolution.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in direct or field sales, preferably in fintech, telecom, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Basic knowledge of digital payment systems and mobile apps.
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based attractive commission and bonuses
