Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outbound activities.
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings to understand their requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals (or support the senior team).
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive long-term business growth.
  • Pitch company products/services effectively and prepare proposals as needed.
  • Follow up promptly on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align strategies and deliver client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in IT, Technology, or Service-based industries).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Experience with lead-generation tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
  • Self-driven, good at relationship building, Documentation.
