Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Mangaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling life insurance products, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves identifying customer needs, explaining product benefits, guiding customers through the purchase process, and addressing inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills; ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
  • Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills to meet client needs and resolve inquiries
  • Motivation and goal-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in sales or insurance is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent educational qualification
  • Ability to work in an on-site setting and familiarity with the Mangaluru region is an advantage
