Job DescriptionJob Title : Senior Style AssociateDepartment : Retail StoresReports To : Store ManagerRole Summary : The Senior Style Associate leads by example, delivering exceptionalcustomer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring operationalexcellence with a customer-focused mindset and adaptability.KeyResponsibilities: Customer FocusBuild and maintain strong customer relationships byunderstanding their preferences and providing tailoredsolutions.Address issues professionally and ensure customer needs aremet.Gather customer feedback to improve products and serviceswhile addressing any concerns promptly.Sales MasteryResponsible for achieving store sales targets.Drive solution-based sales by understanding customer needsand offering relevant products and services.Focus on selling higher-value products to increase theaverage transaction value.Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhancecustomer engagement and meet sales targets.Demonstrate negotiation and objection-handling to convertprospects into loyal customers.Flexibility and Change ManagementAdapt to changing customer needs and share product andcustomer insight with the team.Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address challenges andmanage resistance effectively.Show learning agility by quickly adopting new processes orstrategies to improve sales and service.Decision-MakingUtilize analytical thinking to make sound operational decisions.Independently manage store operations in the absence of theStore Manager, ensuring smooth functioning.Store Operations ExcellencePrevent shrinkage by closely monitoring inventory levels andminimizing discrepancies.Assist the Store manager in managing inventory processes,including replenishment, stock takes, and tracking productturnover.Ensure accurate inventory records and adhere to operationalguidelines to maintain efficiency.Follow company policies, work processes, and enforce storestandard operating procedures (SOPs). Escalate any identifiedbottlenecks.Leadership ExcellenceTake charge of situations requiring immediate attention,including escalated customer issues, and ensure professionalresolutions.Lead by example in fostering accountability, goal-drivenperformance, and ethical practices within the team.Assist in training and mentoring new and existing teammembers to improve their understanding of products andservices.CandidateRequirement:Min HSC 2 years of retail experience/ Graduates with 2 yearsof experience in retail.Must be above 20 years of age and below 35 years of age.Basic computer skills and microsoft officeProven track record of exceeding sales targets consistentlyExperience in providing exceptional customer service andbuilding strong customer relationshipsExperience in mentoring team membersExperience in handling cash transactions and inventorymanagementProficient in POS systems and other relevant retailtechnologiesKnowledge of visual merchandising principlesPositive and enthusiastic attitudeExcellent presentation and grooming standardsFlexibility and adaptability to work varied shiftscheck(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
