Position: Pizza Commis Chef (Wood-Fired / Neapolitan / Italian Style)
Location: Mangalore
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with a passion for pizza are welcome)
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
- Operate a wood-fired or deck oven under senior chef guidance
- Maintain kitchen hygiene & follow mise-en-place standards
- Support the pizza section during busy service hours
What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of pizza or Italian cuisine
- Passion to learn authentic Neapolitan pizza making
- Team player with discipline, energy, and a great attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
