Job Description

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals via on-site and remote methods.​

· Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade hardware components, including installation of RAM and disks in rack servers.​

· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently for end users, including desktop applications such as browsers, email clients, and productivity tools.​

· Perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for all IT assets to ensure smooth functioning and compliance.​

· Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, Linux) on new or existing desktops and laptops; image systems if required.​

· Provide user support for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting applications and software.​

· Set up, replace, and move endpoint devices, complying with enterprise standards (desktop/laptop hardware, printers, phones, and other peripherals).​

· Assist with server room tasks including adding or replacing server components and troubleshooting basic rack server issues.​
