Desktop IT Support Engineer (Night Shift)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

This is an urgent role so we would be preferring LOCAL candidates to Hyderabad for consideration.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Desktop IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windows environments, troubleshooting technical issues, managing licenses, and supporting end-users with Microsoft Office and Outlook-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.

Handle issues related to MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

Assign and deassign Windows and Microsoft Office licenses.

Troubleshoot MS Outlook issues including PST file management, backup, and restoration.

Provide technical assistance to users and resolve software/hardware issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of system configurations and service requests.

Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth IT operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk.

Strong knowledge of Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of MS Office - Word, Excel

Experience managing Outlook, PST files, and data backups.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
