Role: The Desktop Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years

Job Description:

  • Work on incidents, tasks and requests for the issues related SCCM image deployment.
  • Develop standard procedures for building, packaging, and deploying application software across all devices (including desktops, laptops, VDIs, tablets, smartphones, etc.), supporting both 'push' deployment and end-user self-service.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all core software images build and deployment process using task sequence.
  • Utilize Services Tools to maintain and provide compliance with core software image packaging, deployment, and management policies and procedures.
  • Create new software image builds for deployment to different devices.
  • Test image deployment for the supported devices in the environment.
  • Utilize SCCM and Intune to maintain and provide compliance with core software image packaging, deployment, and management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct End User testing of deployed application software to validate that they perform in accordance with the approved specifications.
