Role & responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Founding Team to build the Institutional B2B vertical
  • Manage all existing key relationships
  • Drive outbound efforts to identify and onboard new B2B partners across the BFSI space (banks, wealth managers, insurers, NBFCs, IFAs).
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Pitch WillJini's Estate Planning and Inheritance solutions to potential partners and help them integrate our offerings into their client engagement models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on new partnership initiatives, pilots, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and revenue contribution from partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-5 years experience in BFSI
    (banks, insurance, wealth management, or fintech).
  • Strong understanding of financial products and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute outbound business development.
  • Comfort working in a growth-stage, dynamic environment.
