Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional Outreach:
- Identify and connect with educational institutions to promote Flashaid's products.
- Build partnerships with key decision-makers like directors, principals, and deans.
- Conduct meetings to demonstrate the benefits of Flashaid's solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of Flashaid's products into institutional offerings.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Product Promotion:
- Tailor value propositions to address the specific needs of educational institutions, such as student safety and financial security.
- Market Development:
- Identify new opportunities for Flashaid's products in the education sector.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer post-sales support and maintain strong relationships for future business.
- Insights & Reporting:
- Gather market insights and report on sales performance to inform strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-7 years in B2B sales, specifically in the education sector, selling to institutional clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Skills:
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Expertise in creating tailored solutions for educational institutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple stakeholders independently.
