  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of Flashaid's products into institutional offerings.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Product Promotion:
  • Tailor value propositions to address the specific needs of educational institutions, such as student safety and financial security.
  • Market Development:
  • Identify new opportunities for Flashaid's products in the education sector.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Develop long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer post-sales support and maintain strong relationships for future business.
  • Insights & Reporting:
  • Gather market insights and report on sales performance to inform strategic improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-7 years in B2B sales, specifically in the education sector, selling to institutional clients.
