About the Role
As a Sales Lead at Billcut, you will be responsible for leading our personal loan vertical across three partner programs — LNT, ABL, and Tata Capital. This role requires a strong mix of sales ownership and team leadership, driving business growth while managing and motivating the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver sales targets and revenue growth across partner programs (LNT, ABL, Tata Capital).
- Manage, guide, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve goals.
- Drive personal loan acquisition through structured office-based operations.
- Design and execute sales strategies aligned with each partner's objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions.
- Track performance metrics, review pipelines, and present reports to management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in banking/financial services sales.
- Strong exposure to personal loans and digital lending.
- Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing multiple partner programs.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: Up to ₹80,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
