Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a GEM Portal Sales Lead located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing and driving sales through the Government E-Marketplace (GEM) portal. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and delivering training sessions on using the GEM portal effectively. The Sales Lead will also oversee sales management and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver effective Training sessions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using the GEM portal is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
