Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the organization's profile on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings, ensuring compliance with GEM guidelines.
  • Handle tenders, bids, and quotations on the portal efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, finance) for documentation and approvals.
  • Track orders, payments, and disputes through the GEM portal and resolve issues promptly.
  • Generate reports on sales, bids, and vendor performance for management review.
  • Stay updated with GEM portal rules, policies, and new features.
  • Train team members or support staff on GEM portal processes as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing GEM portal or e-procurement portals.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

  • Comfortable working independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Lives 40-45 minutes from the office (preferably)
