  • Maintain organized records of all tenders, quotations, and contract documents.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including technical and financial documentation.
  1. Coordination & Communication:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information for tender submissions.
  • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and government agencies regarding tender processes and updates.
  1. Market Research & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities in the pharma and medical device sectors.
  • Suggest strategic approaches to secure high-value contracts.
