At Enfotech, we deliver real-world technology and software solutions that power enterprises, startups, and government organizations across India.

We're now expanding our operations and looking for a GeM Tender Executive to handle Government e-Marketplace (GeM) bidding, tender coordination, and client visits for our IT & OEM projects (including our Made-in-India hardware brand MaiPC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage GeM portal activities — tender search, documentation, bid preparation & submission.
  • Coordinate with government departments for quotations, follow-ups, and compliance.
  • Conduct on-site visits for meetings, clarifications, and tender-related documentation.
  • Maintain bid records, communication logs, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, product details, and proposal creation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in GeM portal operations or government tender management.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Must be available for immediate joining (before weekend).
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PDF documentation.
  • Willingness to travel locally for departmental visits.
