Job Description:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/BDMs.
  • Drive highest conversions from leads to closures with a focus on revenue maximization.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor team performance daily/weekly and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Support the team in high-value deal closures and manage escalations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion ratios across the funnel.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporates.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align campaigns with sales goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience with at least 1–2 years in team management.
  • Prior experience in EdTech sales or training industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving top conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
