
Business Development Manager

Job Description:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/BDMs.
- Drive highest conversions from leads to closures with a focus on revenue maximization.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance daily/weekly and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
- Provide sales training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Support the team in high-value deal closures and manage escalations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion ratios across the funnel.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporates.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align campaigns with sales goals.

- Proven track record of achieving highest sales targets and conversions.
- Strong team leadership, people management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Data-driven approach to track performance and improve conversion rates.
- High energy, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience with at least 1–2 years in team management.
- Prior experience in EdTech sales or training industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving top conversions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
