Business Development Manager – Facility Management (Security & Housekeeping)

About the Company
We are a growing Facility Management company providing security, housekeeping, and soft services to residential communities and corporate clients. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can build long-term relationships and help expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from residential communities, corporate offices, and builders.
- Identify leads, meet prospects, prepare proposals, and close service contracts.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of new clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in facility management, security services, or manpower outsourcing.
- Strong local network and understanding of the Hyderabad market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings (own vehicle preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
