Job Description:
Conquer eLearning is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. As a BDA, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our company. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for education and technology to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients within the education sector (B.Tech , Higher education institutions, corporate training, government agencies).
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) to introduce Conquer eLearning's solutions and qualify their needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how our EdTech solutions can address them.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and assist in the sales process from initial contact to close.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the EdTech landscape.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and update all sales activities and customer information in our CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting setting targets.
- Feedback & Improvement: Provide valuable feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the EdTech or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Office Suite.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and technology.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
