Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline daily business processes across sales, operations, and client servicing.
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
  • Handle documentation, agreements, and compliance-related tasks for real estate transactions.
  • Track sales progress, maintain MIS reports, and analyze data for decision-making.
  • Support senior management in implementing business strategies and operational improvements.
  • Ensure quality checks and process adherence in all client dealings.
  • Work closely with clients, providing updates and resolving queries with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0-6 Months of experience in operations, business process, or real estate sector.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and compliance will be an added advantage.
