is building a nationwide organized largest seamless battery distribution and service network to enable $ 30billion market. Through this network, Pointo offers affordable, leaseable, and loanable next-gen batteries to EV owners and energy storage segments. This innovative approach addresses the future needs of EV and green energy storage users and helps reduce the upfront cost of battery ownership. Users can lease or exchange batteries throughout the life cycle of their vehicle, maximizing convenience and sustainability.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Fundraising and Investor Relations position at Pointo. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing relationships with existing investors, attracting new investors, and overseeing fundraising efforts. Key tasks include preparing investor reports, conducting financial analysis, developing fundraising strategies, and representing the company at industry events and meetings with potential investors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in successful trackrecord of fundraising, financial analysis, and developing fundraising strategies

Strong network and relationships within climate tech and green infrastructure investor communities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing investor relations and representing the company

Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, unstructured settings and bring order to complex, fragmented data environments.

  • Understanding of the new-gen battery industry and technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in preparing investor reports, financial documentation and maintaining data room
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
