As we scale rapidly, we're inviting a dynamic Investor Relations Intern / Associate to join our Founder's Office, working directly with the founding team on fundraising, financial strategy, and investor communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the founders in fundraising strategy, investor research, and outreach campaigns.

Build and maintain a comprehensive database of VCs, angel investors, and family offices relevant to EarlyJobs' domain.

Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor briefs, and financial reports.

Participate in investor meetings, manage communications, and follow up on potential leads.

Coordinate with finance and business teams to create investment summaries and traction reports.

Help manage investor data rooms and support due diligence documentation.

Track fundraising progress and prepare weekly reports for the founders.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of startup fundraising, investment banking, or venture capital.

Excellent skills in financial analysis, investor research, and presentation design (Pitch Decks).

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Strong communication and writing skills — ability to pitch and represent the company confidently.

Highly proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with a founder's mindset.

Qualification: MBA / BBA / CA / CFA (Level 1+) / Commerce or Finance background preferred.
