As we scale rapidly, we're inviting a dynamic Investor Relations Intern / Associate to join our Founder's Office, working directly with the founding team on fundraising, financial strategy, and investor communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the founders in fundraising strategy, investor research, and outreach campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of VCs, angel investors, and family offices relevant to EarlyJobs' domain.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor briefs, and financial reports.
  • Participate in investor meetings, manage communications, and follow up on potential leads.
  • Coordinate with finance and business teams to create investment summaries and traction reports.
  • Help manage investor data rooms and support due diligence documentation.
  • Track fundraising progress and prepare weekly reports for the founders.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of startup fundraising, investment banking, or venture capital.
  • Excellent skills in financial analysis, investor research, and presentation design (Pitch Decks).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and writing skills — ability to pitch and represent the company confidently.
  • Highly proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with a founder's mindset.
