Role Overview

The Syndication Support Associate plays a key role in managing investor syndication operations, coordinating with partner networks, and ensuring smooth deal-sharing processes. This position supports the execution of syndication activities, including company introductions, partner communication, and tracking investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the syndication team in coordinating and managing investor deal flow activities.
  • Liaise with syndicate partners to share curated company opportunities and vis a versa.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner communications, deal submissions, and responses.
  • Schedule and coordinate calls or meetings between companies and syndicate partners.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing pitch decks, executive summaries, and related materials.
  • Track partner engagement metrics and prepare summary reports for internal review.
  • Support marketing and communication efforts for syndicated opportunities (emails, updates, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, materials, and company readiness.
  • Support companies with different aspects of investor relations areas.

  • Familiarity with venture capital, angel investing, or startup ecosystems.
  • Experience with syndication networks or investment groups.
