About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Intern to work directly with the Founders' Office on fundraising, investor communication, and financial research. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about venture capital, investment banking, or startup fundraising, and who want hands-on experience in working with real investors, pitch decks, and growth strategy.

You will play a critical role in preparing investor materials, conducting VC research, identifying potential investors, and assisting in outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct deep research on EarlyJobs' business, competitors, and market positioning.

Assist in preparing investor decks, one-pagers, and financial summaries for fundraising.

Research and identify potential venture capital firms, angel investors, and family offices aligned with EarlyJobs' domain (HRTech, AI, SaaS, EdTech).

Maintain and update investor databases, including tracking outreach, responses, and engagement.

Support founders in investor meetings, including pre-meeting briefs, data prep, and follow-up communication.

Monitor funding trends across the Indian startup ecosystem, especially in HRTech and recruitment sectors.

Assist in drafting investor communication (emails, reports, and updates).

Coordinate with internal teams to gather metrics, traction data, and reports for investor presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or student (final year) in Finance, Economics, Business, or Management.

Strong understanding of fundraising, venture capital, and startup ecosystem dynamics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.

Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and identify investor alignment.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-driven and curious, with a passion for startups, technology, and innovation.

Preferred (Good-to-Have):

Prior experience/internship in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Startup Strategy.

Familiarity with databases like Tracxn, PitchBook, Crunchbase, or similar platforms.

Awareness of startup funding rounds and investor types (VCs, angels, family offices).
