Job Title: Founder's Office – Ops, HR & Data

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Type: Full-time

Reports To: Co-Founders

Additional Information:

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA

Type: In Office Role

Shift Timings: 10am-7pm (Mon-Sat) (Sunday fixed day off)

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

About the Role

As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work closely with the founding team to solve critical business problems across supply chain, data, and hiring. This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in chaos, is execution-first, and wants to build company DNA from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Ops

  • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners for procurement and inwarding
  • Monitor stock movement across D2C, Amazon, Q-commerce, and retail channels
  • Track PO status, lead times, and ensure on-time deliveries
  • Assist in new product inwarding, barcode management, and dispatch readiness

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain weekly inventory, sales, and procurement dashboards
  • Forecast demand and track restock alerts by channel
  • Analyze trends and generate founder-ready reports
  • Automate routine ops reports using Google Sheets, Looker Studio or basic Python

HR & Hiring

  • Own end-to-end hiring operations: JD drafting, screening, scheduling, follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate pipeline across ops, creative, and intern roles
  • Drive onboarding processes, documentation, and new hire experience
  • Assist founders in shaping team culture and setting up light processes

Requirements :

  • ⁠1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or founder's office roles
  • Strong in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL/Python/Looker is a bonus)
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • ⁠High attention to detail and bias for action
  • ⁠Ability to switch contexts: one hour you're fixing a vendor issue, next hour you're closing a hiring funnel
  • Bonus : Understanding of amazon , flipkart and qcom platforms
