This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of
brand strategy, marketing, and creative thinking
— designed for someone who can balance analytical rigor with creative flair. You'll work directly with the founders to conceptualize, execute, and scale brand initiatives that shape how millions experience DaMENSCH.

What you'll do:

  • Drive key brand and marketing projects directly with founders.
  • Collaborate across functions — marketing, product, growth, and design.
  • Lead a team of 3-5 members
  • Lead strategic storytelling, content initiatives, and campaign planning.
  • Translate insights and data into ideas that move the brand forward.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, brand management, or marketing strategy.
  • Strong educational pedigree (IIT/IIM/ISB/NID/NIFT/NIT/MICA or equivalent).
  • A mix of strategic thinking and creative curiosity.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Interest and inclination towards fashion and aesthetics.
