Eloura is one of India's boldest intimacy & wellness brands. We're building products, content, and experiences that make pleasure a celebrated part of self-care.

We're looking for a Founder's Office Intern who is not just a learner, but a full-stack digital marketer who can think, analyze, execute, and scale.

Someone who understands performance marketing, funnels, creativity, and brand, and wants to work closely with the founder across high-impact growth projects.

The role involves:

50% Digital + Performance Marketing

50% Founder's Office, Strategy, Ops, & Execution

What You'll Do

Run and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance campaigns.

Analyze website funnel performance (CTR, CVR, ROAS, AOV, drop-offs) and recommend fixes.

Work with designers & content team to build creatives that actually convert.

Support SEO strategy — keyword research, content optimization, basic on-page tasks.

Build landing pages, A/B test creatives, and drive experiments to lower CAC.

Set up basic analytics dashboards (GA4, pixel tracking, events).

Work closely with the founder on growth initiatives, brand strategy, and special projects.

Execute fast — from idea → testing → optimization — without waiting for long processes.

Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of performance marketing (Meta + Google).

Ability to analyze metrics and funnels, not just run ads.

Good at creative thinking, what works, what doesn't, why it works.

Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge.

Strong grasp of D2C, brand building, consumer psychology.

Fast learner, problem solver, and extremely high ownership mindset.

Someone who is excited to work in a category like intimacy & wellness.

Based in Bangalore and willing to join full-time after internship.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce

Understanding of retention marketing (email/SMS/WhatsApp)

Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking

Experience working in D2C or startup environments

Basic design sense (Figma/Canva)
