About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Founder's Office. This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder(s) on high-impact projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution. As an Associate in the Founder's Office, you will act as an enabler, problem-solver, and bridge between leadership and various teams, ensuring that priorities are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Founder(s) to drive strategic projects and business initiatives.

Conduct market research, business analysis, and competitor bench-marking to support decision-making.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage special projects across functions such as product, operations, partnerships fundraising, and growth.

     Track company-wide OKRs, KPIs, and ensure timely execution of founder-driven tasks.

       Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and solve operational bottlenecks.

       Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and board presentations as required.

       Act as a sounding board and thought partner to the Founder(s) for new ideas and opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed institution (Business/Finance/Engineering/Management preferred).

1–4 years of work experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, startups, or similar fast-paced environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

High degree of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-changing startup environment.
