Salary (Fresher):

During Internship Period - Rs.1,80,000 CTC.

After Internship Period - Rs.3,60,000 CTC

Experienced - Upto Rs.6,00,000 CTC.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office - Associate at Six Phrase. The Associate will be responsible for supporting the founder's office in day-to-day operations, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting in project management.

Responsibilities:

1) Working with the CEO of the organization

2) Shadowing CEO's activities of the organization

3) Manage CEO's calendars and set up the meetings

4) Scheduling meetings with Internal Teams and External Stake Holders.

5) Take minutes during meetings and circulating the MOM with the Teams.

6) Oversee the entire operations activities of the organization and doing regular follow-ups with the team.

7) Collecting Data metrics from the Internal Stake Holders.

8) Aligning with the overall objective of the organization

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
