About the Role

We're seeking a
Growth Associate
to join the
Founder's Office
— a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll help scale Fitara's fitness, nutrition, and corporate wellness programs.

You'll manage lead generation, coordinate discovery sessions, support sales strategy, and collaborate directly with the Founder to execute high-impact growth initiatives. This role combines sales, strategy, and execution — ideal for someone who wants to learn the ropes of business growth from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct
    15-minute discovery sessions
    with leads to understand their fitness and nutrition goals.
  • Coordinate
    1-hour expert guidance sessions
    with fitness and nutrition specialists.
  • Pitch and onboard clients for
    7-day trials
    and
    90-day transformation programs.
  • Drive
    corporate outreach
    for wellness and dance-fitness programs.
  • Track leads, conversions, and MRR goals using
    Excel and CRM tools.
  • Support marketing initiatives with insights from customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the Founder to build and refine Fitara's growth strategy.

What You'll Need

  • Excellent
    communication skills
    and comfort in both English & Hindi.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-driven attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Interest in
    fitness, nutrition, and wellness
    (background in these areas is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
