We are looking for a smart, driven, and execution-oriented professional to join our Founder's Office. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will work directly with the founders and leadership team across
strategic initiatives, investor relations, operational execution, and cross-functional problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive key cross-functional projects on behalf of the founders, ensuring timelines, accountability, and outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Own special initiatives in growth, product, operations, or investor relations.
  • Act as a thought partner and force multiplier to the founders.
  • Prepare briefing documents, presentations, dashboards, and updates.
  • Coordinate and follow up on key decisions and actions from leadership discussions.
  • Identify gaps in internal processes and drive initiatives for streamlining.
  • Build and manage internal documentation, OKRs, performance dashboards.
  • Liaise with business heads to track progress on strategic goals and targets.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders including investors, partners, and key hires.
  • Support in scaling team culture, values, and leadership initiatives.
  • Lead internal communications, leadership offsites, and org-wide updates.
