Role Description

The Founder Office Associate will work closely with the leadership team to support strategic projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing presentations, analyzing business performance, and developing reports to aid decision-making. Collaborating with various teams and departments, the Associate will take an active role in streamlining operations, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing business processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented individual.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to prepare reports, presentations, and communicate key insights
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deliver results on time
  • Team collaboration skills with an ability to work across departments and contribute positively
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and other business applications
  • Prior experience or coursework in business strategy, management, or related fields is a plus
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to dynamic business needs
  • Enrollment or recent graduation in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines
