We're looking for a dynamic
Intern
to join the
Founder's Office
at a Premiumbeauty brand someone who's organised, proactive, and eager to learn what it takes to build a brand from the ground up.

You will work
directly with the founder
and gain exposure across brand, operations, and creative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hands on environments and wants to grow into a long term leadership track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the founder on
    daily planning, brand execution, and coordination
  • Assist in
    content shoots, influencer collaborations, events, and brand activations
  • Manage
    day-to-day communication and follow-ups
    with vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Support with
    operations and logistics
    , including dispatches, product samples, and event preparation
  • Create and maintain basic reports, task trackers, and schedules
  • Be available to
    travel for shoots, meetings, and events
    as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong sense of
    organization, ownership, and initiative
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    (English)
  • Confident working independently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Tech savvy comfortable using Microsoft Workspace, Notion, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
  • Interest in
    beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or brand building.
  • Reliable, professional, and discreet in handling confidential information
