Founder's Office Intern
to join
Soptle
, a bold fintech company solving India's credit access problem for small businesses. You'll work directly with the Founder & leadership team across GTM, product, partnerships, and operations—helping execute 0→1 bets that move the company forward.

What You'll Work On

  • Shadow and support the Founder on key initiatives across growth, partnerships, and product
  • Design and run outbound sales and distribution experiments across India's SMB sector
  • Conduct deep market research on underserved credit segments and share actionable insights
  • Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) to accelerate operations, sales, and research workflows
  • Collaborate with product, ops, and engineering teams to iterate on customer feedback
  • Build internal dashboards, pitch decks, or documentation as needed—we don't believe in "that's not my job"

No two days will look the same. Some days you'll be running outreach campaigns. Others, you'll be digging through data or on a customer call. That's the fun part.

Who You Are

  • A generalist with high ownership and a strong "figure it out" mindset
  • Not afraid of chaos—you're motivated by ambiguity, not paralyzed by it
  • Skilled at research, communication, and working cross-functionally
  • Comfortable using AI tools, Excel/Sheets, and automating repetitive work
  • Bonus: Past startup, no-code, or B2B sales experience
